Our preferred construction partners do not build on site in the conventional sense. Every structural component — walls, floors, roof panels, windows, doors and electrical connections — is precision-manufactured in the factory using advanced digital software, then shipped directly to your plot on purpose-built transport.
Once on site, specialist teams assemble the structure — typically the core frame is standing within one to two days, watertight within four. Interior work then begins: heating and electrical installations, flooring, tiling, decoration and sanitaryware, all completed to your pre-agreed specification.
From the moment our partner’s teams arrive on your plot, you can expect to be ready to move in within eight to twelve weeks.

Factory production
Your confirmed design is transmitted digitally to the factory, where every component is built to exact specification under strict quality control.

Delivery and assembly
Components are transported to your plot and assembled by our partner’s specialist teams — typically standing within one to two days, watertight within four.
Step 3
Ready to move in
Interior finishing — flooring, sanitaryware, decoration — all completed to your chosen specification. Your home is ready in eight to twelve weeks from site commencement.

Every design can then be adapted and tailored to meet the buyer’s specific requirements.
Our partners’ turnkey finish service means that buyers are not simply choosing a house; they are choosing their home. Working with interior architects, buyers select their preferred floor coverings, tiling, sanitaryware, décor and finishes — creating a completely cohesive interior that reflects their own style and taste, with no need to appoint a separate interior designer.
All costs for upgraded materials or finishes are confirmed in advance and included within the fixed build price — so buyers know exactly what they are getting and exactly what it will cost, before any work begins.

Homes built by our preferred construction partners meet the highest European standards for quality, safety and energy efficiency, confirmed by an extensive range of independent certifications. For buyers in the UK, our partners hold BOPAS accreditation — the industry benchmark for non-traditional construction in the UK mortgage market — meaning that homes are mortgageable and fully recognised by mainstream lenders.
Additional certifications include ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, the RAL quality mark (Germany’s respected prefabricated home standard) and QDF quality assurance. Every home also carries a fixed price guarantee for up to twelve months and a twenty-year construction warranty.
